Berry Almond Oat Smoothie

- 1 cup of any plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt)
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- ½ frozen banana, cut into 1-inch slices
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond (or any other nut butter)
Place all ingredients into the cup in the order listed and secure the lid.
Blend until fully mixed.
