Berry Almond Oat Smoothie

Recipe

  • 1 cup of any plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt)
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ frozen banana, cut into 1-inch slices
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond (or any other nut butter)

Place all ingredients into the cup in the order listed and secure the lid.

Blend until fully mixed.
