Green Smoothie

Recipe

  • 1 cup coconut water, or filtered water
  • 1/2 small ripe banana, cut in 1-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks

Place all ingredients into the cup in the order listed and secure the lid.

Blend until fully mixed.
