Troubleshooting Tips for Your RecoverMax

Massagers     May 17, 2023

What if the air compression or heat therapy doesn’t turn on?

Troubleshooting questions about either the air compression or heat therapy are among the most common ones we receive, but luckily there are easy fixes to solve most operation issues. For starters, firmly connect the LCD controller to the adjustable Velcro straps’ air pressure hoses and the AC adapter.

In addition, securely re-plug the AC adapter into a nearby wall outlet. One or several components of the massager may be broken, though, if none of the above troubleshooting suggestions work. In this case, call or email us at 1-855-GO-TZUMI or [email protected]. An experienced customer support representative will assist you with your problem.

What should I do if the massager doesn’t turn on?

It’s imperative to set up the leg compression massager correctly for it to turn on. Review the User Guide and follow all steps exactly as they were written, then connect all pieces of the RecoverMax to each other properly and securely. Following this, check your wall outlet and clear any obstructions blocking the power adapter.

Do not use a damaged leg compression massager in any way, nor attempt to fix the massager on your own to avoid further damage and/or injury. Instead, call or email us at 1-855-GO-TZUMI or [email protected] to connect with an experienced customer support representative for further troubleshooting advice.

What should I do if the massage intensity feels weak?

First, properly set up the compression straps, and attach the LCD controller to the straps’ air pressure hoses or the AC adapter as securely as possible. Also, re-plug the AC adapter into your chosen wall outlet to ensure a proper connection. Wipe the wall outlet with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust, dirt, or other debris, or use a new wall outlet.

Increase the massage intensity on your LCD controller from LOW or MEDIUM to get more powerful relief. Another tip is to reapply the Velcro straps in a slightly different position for stronger compression.

Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the RecoverMax on your own. Contact our Customer Service at 1-855-GO-TZUMI or [email protected] for more troubleshooting assistance.
