Where should I not use the massager?

You should never use the massager on sensitive skin, swollen or inflamed areas, skin bruises, or varicose veins. Additionally, don’t attempt to use it on your head, genitals, the front of your neck, sleeping individuals, or pets.  

Consult with your doctor before attempting to massage areas with poor blood circulation or unidentified pain. Using it on these specific areas may cause increased pain and/or serious injury, so always follow the User Guide’s instructions and your doctor’s advice whenever you are using the massager. 

Where can I store the massager?

Thanks to the included premium storage case, the FitRx Mini Pro Massage Gun can be stored just about anywhere! The sturdy case keeps the massager and its attachments safe and secure wherever you go, whether it be the daily commute, a quick visit to the gym, or long road trips.  

You can keep the massager next to your bed, on a nightstand or desktop, in your closet – anywhere that is cool and dry, away from humid environments or heat sources. Do not store the massager anywhere near water or other liquids, such as near a sink, shower, or pool, as it can be severely damaged if it gets wet. 

What if the massager isn’t turning on?

Check that the massager is fully charged and set up properly before attempting to turn it on. Ensure that all components are properly set up and not visibly damaged or malfunctioning. Try not to use the massager for 1-2 hours and see if it works after letting it rest. If the massager is slightly wet or dirty, wipe it down gently with a soft, dry cloth, and clean any dirt, dust, or debris out of any openings in the massager.

What should I do if the massage intensity feels weak?

Make sure that the massager is fully charged before using it, as the massage intensity may feel weaker if it is low on power. Check that nothing is blocking the massage stem or any ports on the massager, and that your chosen attachment is firmly and properly connected to the massage stem.

What if one of the attachments won’t connect to the massager?

If one of the attachments isn’t connecting to the massager, you should check the FitRx Mini Pro Massage Gun’s massage stem. Ensure that it is not damaged or physically deformed in any way, as this will prevent the attachments from securely attaching to it.  

You should always keep the massage gun and all its included components in the included carry case when they are not being used. The massager and its attachments may be damaged if they are not in the case. If there are no visible issues with the massage stem or the attachments, though, then another issue may be present with your product. Contact Customer Service for more information. 

What if the massager won’t charge?

Try using a different USB power source if you’re having issues with getting the massager to charge. Your chosen USB power source may not have enough power to properly charge the massage gun. Alternatively, clean the massager’s USB charging port thoroughly, so that no dirt, dust, or other debris is preventing the charging from taking place.  

You should also check that neither the massage gun nor the charging cable is visibly damaged or malfunctioning in any way. Never pull the massager around by the charging cable or use it as a handle, as this could damage or tear the cable. If all else fails, you may use a different USB cable to attempt to charge the massager, or reach out to our Customer Service team for further advice.
